Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that schedules can change. Because appointment times are reserved especially for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full service amount plus a 20% gratuity. This helps us honor the time and care our technicians set aside for you.
