Come to your appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes. Avoid waterproof mascara for 48 hours before your visit, and remove contact lenses before your service begins. If you wear glasses, bring them — you will want them for the drive home.

For the first 24–48 hours after your appointment, keep your lashes completely dry — avoid water, steam, saunas, and heavy sweating. After that initial period, clean your lashes gently every few days using a lash-safe cleanser and a soft brush. Avoid oil-based products around the eye area, as these break down the adhesive bond and shorten the life of your set.

Sleep on your back where possible, and avoid rubbing or pulling your lashes. With proper care, a full set typically lasts 6–8 weeks — fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your set looking full.

Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours and avoid rubbing the eye area. Results typically last 6–8 weeks depending on your natural lash growth cycle. Nourishing your lashes with a lash serum during this period helps maintain the lift and keeps natural lashes healthy for your next appointment.

A fill appointment refreshes your existing set by replacing lashes that have shed naturally with your growth cycle. To qualify for a fill rather than a full set, you typically need at least 40–50% of your extensions still in place. If it has been longer than 3–4 weeks since your last appointment or your lashes need significant work, a new full set may be recommended at your visit.

Lash extensions applied and maintained correctly will not damage your natural lashes. Our lash artists apply extensions only to fully grown natural lashes and follow safe isolation and weight guidelines to protect the health of your natural lashes throughout the process.
